Gilbarco has extended the warranty coverage for HCRs and TCRs through July 31, 2014.
If the HCR or TCR is contained within a dispenser that still has warranty coverage, the HCR or TCR will be covered by the dispenser warranty until the warranty on that dispenser expires.
After the warranty period on the dispenser expires, the HCR and TCR will be covered by a special program Gilbarco/Veeder-Root has put in place in the interest of customer satisfaction. This program will extend the warranty of the HCR and TCR through July 31, 2014.
To summarize:
- 1)HCR/TCR warranty includes parts & MTL (Mileage/Travel/Labour)
- Range: 6/1/2013 – 7/31/2014
**Please ensure your technicians and administrative staff who submit Gilbarco warranty claims are aware of this warranty extension. We will update you as soon as Gilbarco finalizes a longer term plan for EMV card readers beyond July 31/2014**
