This is a reminder on how to update your computer’s compatibility view settings, please ensure this is passed along to all your technicians.
If you run into problems viewing any part of the Gilbarco/Veeder-Root training videos or screens please follow the directions attached to update your compatibility view settings. Some technicians have been experiencing problems lately with the WISE site (http://wise.gilbarco.com), which can be caused by a conflict with Internet Explorer version 10.
Please remember it is recommended that you NOT use a wireless Internet connection when using the Gilbarco/Veeder-Root WISE training site.
